The HHS Volleyball Booster Club has several fundraisers set up to offset player fees which should be paid in full by September 1, 2009. In the past, many player fees have been completely covered by active participation in our fundraisers! The options offered and dates, if applicable, follow:

Von Braun Center Concessions - April through August
If you are interested in working concessions for various VBC events (Tennessee Valley Vipers, Huntsville Havoc, concerts, etc.) please provide your name and email address to Candice Cobb (candice.cobb@dr-inc.com). As events are offered, Candice will send an email out to her VBC Concessions distribution list. If you can work an offered event, she will submit your name to the VBC. Workers MUST be 16 years of age or older and MUST wear an HHS Volleyball shirt. More than one family member can work an event as long as the slots are available. Workers earn $6 per hour and the wages are paid directly to the HHS Volleyball Booster Club to be credited to your player account. A typical event is about 4 hours. Monies earned add up quickly, especially if you have more than one family member participating! VBC work will be offered from the first of April through August. The sooner your name is on the VBC distribution list, the sooner you can be scheduled to work.

HHS Volleyball Skills Clinic Referrals - June 16-18
The HHS Volleyball Team will offer a Skills Clinic for middle school players from June 16 throught June 18. Volleyball skills will be offered from 9 am to 11 am and Basketball skills will be offered from 11:15 am to 1:15 pm. Cost for either clinic is $50 per participant. Players noted as "referrals" on the skills registration form will earn a portion of the payment toward their player account.

HHS Volleyball Program Advertisement Sales - Deadline June 20
Program ad sales forms were handed out at the parent meeting on March 31. Returning players have 'ownership' of ads they sold the previous year. Ads 'owned' by non-returning players were 'drawn' by returning/new players. Advertisements are offered as 1/8 page ads, 1/4 page ads, 1/2 page ads, and full page ads. If someone sells an ad that is 'owned' by a player, the proceeds will go the the player that 'owns' the ad. All program ad sales are to be turned in by June 20, 2009.

HHS Volleyball Corporate Sponsorships - Deadline June 20
Corporate Sponsorships will be offered to support the HHS Volleyball program. Sponsorship proceeds are split between the selling player's account and the Booster club general fund. Last year the split was around 70/30 (player/general fund). A sponsor will select a sponsorship level and in return has options (depending on the level) of banners hung in the gym, advertisements in the program, linking their company URL to our website sponsorship page, etc. Corporate Sponsors are intended for the business community -- a family is not eligible for Corporate Sponsorships. It is requested that all Corporate Sponsors be solicited by June 1.

Joe Corbi Pizza/Cookie products - Order in April - Delivery in May
Joe Corbi products will be sold from the time of the parent meeting through approximately April 15. Player accounts will earn $5 to $7 from the cost of each item sold. Product brochures will be distributed at the parent meeting. An online brochure can be downloaded here: Joe Corbi Product Brochure. These items make great freezer stuffing items to feed our hungry teens on short notice.

Bubba's BBQ - Order in May - Delivery in June
Bubba's BBQ will be sold from May 1 through May 25. Orders WITH Payment must be received by June 1. BBQ pickup will be the week prior to Father's Day.

Innisbrook Gifts/Wraps/Chocolates -- July 2009
Innisbrook Gifts/Wraps/Chocolates will be sold during July. Stock up on gift wrap for the Fall and order Holiday Chocolates! Chocolates will be delivered in October when the weather is cooler. Also, if you know someone that wants to purchase Enjoy the City Coupon Books, we can get them from our Innisbrook representative.
